Never trust a fart

I’m pretty sure just by writing that title I’ve put off half my potential audience. Sorry about that.

Here’s the thing, everybody poops. For those of us with food allergies and intolerances, the poop output can be a lot higher or lower than for regular people. Yup, both constipation and diarrhea are glamorous symptoms for many people with food allergy issues. 

The good news is that by sticking to an allergy-friendly diet that suits your body and doing some gut healing work (see below for links), you probably can trust your own farts most of the time.

The bad news is that if you cheat on your diet, you may have to be more careful about ensuring you’re located near a water closet.

So what can you do? There are two options:

1. Pretend you only poop glitter, ignore the problem and keep eating the wrong food.

2. Try and improve your gut health (and therefore your poop/fart output) and stick to an allergy-friendly diet.

Personally, I recommend option two.
